I hereby apply for Organizational membership in the International Federation of Chiropractors and Organizations (IFCO) with the understanding that the organization's mission is to protect and promote a non-therapeutic approach to practice that is exclusive for the location, analysis and assisting in the correction of vertebral subluxation because it is a detriment to the fullest expression of innate intelligence.

I understand that this approach necessitates the education of the public to IFCO’s unique objective.

In signing this I am attesting to the fact that I am in agreement with this approach to chiropractic.

I hereby apply for Organizational membership in the International Federation of Chiropractors and Organizations (IFCO) and agree to read and abide by its Constitution and by-laws, and any/all amendments hereafter legally adopted. I also agree to uphold the mission and principles of the IFCO.

I also understand and agree that failure to remit Organizational dues will result in loss of Organizational membership, and all rights and privileges thereof.

Note: Under the IFCO’s Constitution and Bylaws, Organizational Members shall consist of professional organizations of chiropractors which have properly applied and which are elected to membership by an affirmative vote of two-thirds (2/3) of the Board of Directors.
